I graduated from Florida State University in 1993 with a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology and a B.S. degree in Nutrition Science. I hold certifications as a Clinical Exercise Specialist by the American College of Sports Medicine, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a professional status as a Masters Classic Physique Bodybuilding competitor by the American Natural Bodybuilding Federation. With 25+ years of experience as a professional personal trainer, competitive power lifter and natural bodybuilder, I believe with smart training through science, bio-mechanics, proper nutrition and plenty of rest you can change your body to anything you want.
